FIFA okays Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, Kaduna, four others for U-17 World Cup |

FIFA has confirmed the cities that will host the Nigeria 2009 U-17 World Cup after its final inspection yesterday. The cities are Abuja, Bauchi, Calabar, Enugu, Ijebu-Ode, Kaduna, Kano and Lagos. Warri, however, did not make the list. FIFA Vice-President and Chairman of the FIFA Organising Committee for the U-17 World Cup, Jack Warner, said: "I was pleased to see that the venues have made significant progress since my last visit in May. |
